Sublimation Printing - Cut And Sew
Awakening the Sublimation - CUT AND SEW
Dye sublimation printing is a full color, full-coverage printing technique. Our artwork is printed onto a sheet of high-release paper and transferred onto your apparel using heat and pressure. The dye particles convert into gas — known as sublimation — where they bond to the polyester fibers.
Each garment is sublimation printed, cut, and hand-sewn by our expert in-house team in Los Angeles, CA. Each made-to-order piece.
Sweat-shop free manufacturing with no unused dye due to the nature of the sublimation technique. No White Streaks With Cut And Sew
Awakening the Sublimation
WHITE STREAKS: This hand printed fabric may be lovingly flawed just like you and me. This means there will be white streaks along the seams and in the pits, if this could be an issue we suggest choosing the white or grey color option so it is less noticeable. Another option would be the Marrakesh tank top. As no two prints are exactly the same, each garment is truly an Awakened piece. These inconsistencies are part of the nature of the dye sublimation process. For this reason, we do not issue refunds or discounts for any dye sublimation orders.
